The main character is a Jack Sullivan. Jack is a hero. He is kind, brave and strong. If you like books with lots of fighting scenes then you will probably enjoy this book.

This is the best book I've ever read, because when Bardle got defeated and got sucked into the tree. I also really enjoyed when they found out what the zombie parade was.

I liked this book because it still had the cool illustrations and it carried on the story from the first book. I like the character of Quint because he invents loads of gadgets to defeat the zombies and monsters - I love science. The main characters all have to work with some monsters to defeat the zombies and a super monster that’s controlling them all called Thrull. They defeat him and add him to a beastiary - a book that they are making to record the monsters which is like an encyclopaedia on monsters. I would recommend this book to people who like action, zombies and quests.

I liked this book versus it has an amazing deception of a good guy turning out to be evil and it also has a tree that eats zombie brains which is epic. My favourite character is Thrull because he summons a tree of Entry which is cool.
