Agatha Parrot is the most exciting and hilarious comedy series since Mr Gum! But don’t take our word for it . . . take hers!

We had a battle of magic at Odd Street School! A magician came to do a show and he tried to hatch a scary Zombie Bird out of a silver egg. Eeky-freak! But thanks to Bianca’s trombone, a secret trapdoor, and Martha being invisible …the Zombie Bird turned out to be the funniest thing ever ha ha! (If you’re scared of magic like our friend Ellie, don’t worry. This book won’t turn you into a frog. Or a rabbit!) Hope you like it, and thanks for reading this BLURB!

Written by the hottest new prospect in children’s books, Kjartan Poskitt, and illustrated by the artistic genius behind Andy Stanton’s Mr Gum, David Tazzyman, Agatha Parrot is more brilliant than you could possibly imagine. Seriously – Try to imagine it. Nope, not even close. Anyway, it’s the funnest of funny children’s books.

I liked it because the magician got told off because he was keeping a lovely bird but painting it to look like a zombie I would recommend it to my friends because they would enjoy a diary from a girls life

My favourite character was Agatha. I would recommend it to anyone else who likes books about mystery. It was funny when the bird flew out the window .
