The Find-Outers: The Mystery of the Burnt Cottage: Book 1

The best bit of the book was the end, when the suspect changed completely. I was flabbergasted with the plot twist because I wouldn't have expected the culprit to be the one in the book. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys an ending full of twists and turns.

An amazing story of how friends work together. The children try to find out the mystery of The Burnt Cottage of Mr.Hick or Mr. hiccup as they call him. But little did they know, the police officer Mr. Clear Orf was way ahead of them. This story of the Five Find Outers and a dog was auspicious.

its another good book. its fiction. I liked it because it has mysteries Its a book about a cottage that was burnt by a person. The five children witch they call themselves the find outers try to find the person who burnt the cottage. The policeman MR. Goon makes the mystery trickier for the find outers to solve the mystery. My favourite character is Larry the head of the find outers. to children who like mysteries

Mr Hick's cottage is burnt down, along with some valuble papers. There are four suspects: Mrs Minns, Mr Peeks, Mr Smellie and a tramp. The Five Find-Outers and Dog find plenty of clues, but trouble begins to brew when the village policeman catches two of them snooping around. Despite all the problems, the Find-Outers solve the mystery at last.

This book was really good. You will probably enjoy this book if you like mystery (but not murder) and if you like unexpected turns. Enid Blyton has put the best most unexpected ending, I super duper love this book!!!!!

I loved it. My first real mystery. There was an epic twist at the end. I liked Fatty and Bets best. I would recommend it to anyone. Even my Mum still loves the Five Findouters.
