This book was gripping as it engaged the reader in to make them want to find out what happened to the jewelled moths brooch. Sophie and Lil are really funny as there is always a step back as something or someone is in the way from what they are trying to find. When you read it, you did not see what was coming in the book. The other people in the book help out to try and stop the Barron from winning against them.I really enjoyed their book and I can’t wait to read the next one :The Painted Dragon.I wonder what unexpected twist will come in the sequel.
