Daisy and the Trouble with Vampires

I love the trouble with Daisy books. I started reading Daisy and the trouble with Vampires when I was 4 but I found it too scary. Now I am 7 and I decided to try and give it another read. I am glad I tried it again. This book is amazing. Daisy is very funny and there is some things that happen that you would not expect. Keep the Daisy books going please.

I really really liked this book, because it’s about a vampire, and I love vampires. Actually it wasn’t a real vampire; it was just someone pretending to be a vampire, and the person pretending to be a vampire only came in at the very end of the book. So the reason I really liked this book is that it’s about Halloween, and Halloween is my favourite holiday. I really really love Halloween. And that is why I love this book so much. And I think I’ve said enough now so bye!

I enjoy reading this book and when I read it I feel like I’m in the book. The book is really spooky because Daisy went trick or treating in the dark. However, as Halloween approaches, Daisy heard some scary stories from her friends which got her scared and so she couldn’t go trick or treate.

Daisy is going to her neighbours house for halloween and she's very scared because a boy called jack beachwhistle has been telling her spooky stories all week and when she does get to Miss Pikes house Mrs Pikes dressed as a vampire! I liked Daisy because she is brave I will recommend it

I would recommend this book to someone that is not scared of vampires and other monsters as I found it a bit scary at times. My favourite character is Mrs Pike because she is soooooo fun to read about she lets Daisy play murder in the graveyard on Halloween night when it was foggy and she fell in a coffin. She made Daisy not scared anymore. Try it is a good book to read especially on Halloween!

It is quite funny because guess what Jack beechwistle has been telling more fibs and even worse he’s telling them about scary things like vampires and ghosts and can you believe that it gets worse! He is doing it on Halloween night!

This book about a girl called daisy she has a best friend called Gabby. It is halloween and Daisy has never been trick or treating. Daisy goes to school with a mean boy who tells stories that aren’t true and tells them to give their sweets to him as they are poisonous. Daisy and her mum don’t do halloween but one day mrs Pike their neighbours asks if Daisy wants to go trick or treating with her. When Daisy goes to mrs Pike house her mum tells her that mrs pike is a vampire and Daisy believes that she is so she is scared of her then. When they go trick or treating mrs pike gives Daisy silly string for when someone said trick but nobody did and Daisy was not impressed. After they have gone trick or treating they go into a graveyard by the church and Mrs pike asks if Daisy wants to play murder in the graveyard. Mrs pike goes to hide but falls into a hole a couple of minutes later a skeleton appears on a bike. Daisy squirts her silly string at it but it was actually Jack. Jack tells Daisy that the grave that mrs pike had fallen in was being used in a couple of days. The look on mrs pike face told them that she needed to get out of the grave. Daisy tells jack to get her mum he races to get her. Daisy’s mum comes with a ladder to get mrs pike out. When they all got home mrs pike threw all her pumpkins away and didn’t like halloween any more. I would recommend this book for 8-10 year olds. I have read it twice as I enjoyed it.
