Schooldays at St Clare's are never dull for twins Pat and Isabel O'Sullivan in Enid Blyton's much-loved boarding school series. In book six, Pat breaks her arm and misses the first weeks of term. Will Pat be upset when new girl Amanda becomes Isabel's new best friend? Expect more mischief at St Clare's! Between 1941 and 1946, Enid Blyton wrote six novels set at St Clare's. Books 5, 6 and 9 are authorised sequels of the series written by Pamela Cox and feature storylines set in between the original Blyton novels. These books were published in 2000/2008 and are unillustrated.

This book was all about Pat and Isobel O'Sullivan, who go to St Clare’s, the finest school in the kingdom. However, you’re never too old for some mischief! Or at least, that's what Kitty believes. She has a naughty pet goat called McGinty. They cause a bit of trouble for the mistresses and Margaret. A hilarious book, it kept me in stitches. For all Enid Blyton lovers.

Kitty at St. Clare's is VERY funny and mysterious, as you can see in this book cover. Funny as it is, it got terribly serious at some points of time. I enjoyed this book and I felt absolutely thrilled whilst reading this book. The goat on the front cover is very mischievous as well! Funny, mischievous and mysterious is the perfect recipe for a perfect book. This is why this book is a must-read! Personally, my favourite character is Kitty, a very mischievous Irish girl. Whenever she thought of a good plan, nothing would stop her from carrying out that plan! A strong, bold character she was. I'd recommend this book to all girls - this is a must-read book - and I can tell you'll be as thrilled as I was if you read this book!

My favourite character was Jennifer Mills, because she was the head girl, and she was responsible, kind and hardworking. Also, she tried to prevent the second formers from getting into trouble. I would recommend it to people who like Naughtiest girl and Malory Towers.

Kitty is soooooo cheeky! My favourite character is McGinty (Kitty's goat) because he is very greedy and plays a big part in the story! I would recommend this book to children who like funny, cunning stories with great characters!

Really funny because Margret Winters gets caught my a goat, McGinty! Alison is trailing around Margret and doing her jobs even though she is a third former and second and first former's are meant to do that! Margret gets shown in front of the whole school what beastly thing she did.
