Don't panic, but you're in danger. At least, you would be, if Jack Beechwhistle wasn't around to protect the world from alien attacks, zombie sweet-shop owners, and exploding conkers - with a bit of help from his trusty sidekicks, Colin and Harry (as long as it's not past Colin and Harry's bedtime). Their missions are daring, dangerous, and deadly. They even have top-secret headquarters (the shed by the rhubarb patch). But now Jack's about to face his most challenging challenge yet. The Attack of the Giant Slugs. And they're on their way to Jack's school - right in the middle of maths!

Bit boring because sometimes not much is happening but some cool bits too. The funny bits included pirate polar bear spotting, discovering allotment 24 and doing jungle training.

I really liked the ending of this book which was full of action and adventure. This book is a fiction and my favourite character is Jack Beechwhistle because he was a brave, clever and adventurous guy who saved his school from giant slugs

I enjoyed the Daisy books by Kes Gray so thought I might enjoy this series too. It is a good book but I prefer the Daisy ones.

My favourite character was Jack Beechwhistle. The slugs kept getting bigger and there was a purple one but they didn't have any salt so Jack came up with a plan to come up with exercising which would produce salt and turn them all into purple slime!!!
