Reviews
My mummy read this book to me. I really enjoyed this story. The girl named Finch was very brave and saved the day by encouraging Maverick, the sky spirit, to go down to Earth and release all the dreams. I was scared of Maverick at the start of the story but as we read I learnt more about him and because he did what Tomas and Finch asked him to do I liked him by the end of the story. I would recommend this story to anyone who likes an adventure and keep reading for the happy ending!

I have rated this book a four, even though this book was amazing, some parts of the story aren't explained probably. My favorite part of this book is where Finch is mean to this feeble boy, called Tomas. He had just recovered from an illness, so he was quite pale. Then Finch realizes, that Tomas has no friends, as he was so ill, he couldn't go back to school, therefore, he went to stay with Aunt Irena, who's dream is to have a bakery at Conch Cafe. All of them live in Sunview-on-Sea. For a short amount of time, everyone is happy, then a sky spirit called Maverick tries to get revenge from a tragic event in the past, that broke his heart.
