I loved this book because it was filled with adventure and I loved Truffle, a unique pig, and Jasmine, a kind girl who loves animals, because they are adventurous and resilient.

Jasmine finds a tiny unloved piglet left to fend for itself. She takes care of her and names her Truffle. She trains Truffle to be a snifferpig . One day her friend, Tom asked her to take care of his guinea pigs. Then one stormy night, the guinea pigs get lost and with the help of Truffle, she finds them in a rabbit hole. When Christmas came, her gift from her parents was that she could keep Truffle forever.
