I don’t like this book because first of all it has no description. Call me a Karen because a book should be this boring. Mo farah is a good athlete but this book really puts the cover on him do not recconemd this is not a good book

It was a good book to keep you fit. It gave me ideas about fitness and how to stay fit. This book had nice colourful pictures and good ideas for my fitness. Yes, I would recommend it.
