I never thought that Laney's life could change so suddenly. It was rather shocking but relieving at the same time. Before you jump into this great book I have a request: read the first two books if you haven't already done so. Red Moon Rising and Dark Tree Shining.

Its about this girl called Laney and her mum died when she was young, she is a Blaze fairy meaning Fire Fairy. Her father is not a Blaze but laney is.
