This is an action-adventure story all about how the Kidd family try to find great treasures like Leonardo da Vinci's Madonna Litta and end up in a prison in Moscow after being accused as the thieves. Will they be able to find the stolen treasure? I would recommend this to anyone who likes adventure stories.

This story is about four children and two adults that are holiday in Russia. While they are there for priceless paintings are stolen and they are asked to hunt them down. I liked this book because it was action packed and would give the book five out of five.

I loved it because there were lots of spy/detective work, like Storm with her photographic memory. The tirades between Bick and Beck were strange, especially because they ended within a few seconds, and Bick asks how they started and Beck says that she forgets. Then I was really surprised when their (ex-)tour guide actually is a police captain. I also liked the part when their Mum tells her children that the gift bags (received from the president) were actually mixed with speakers and a phone charger that was actually a device that reads you emails.

I think this book is full of excitement because of what happens in the story. My favourite character is Dad because he could've brought his family with him while he was looking for the Enlightened Ones' treasure trove, but instead he went alone without telling anyone about what he was going to do after he left. I would recommend this book to someone else because you can learn lots of things as well as be entertained.

It is fiction, because it is a story about a family who look for treasure, and they give it back to the owner of the treasure. I like the mum because it is like me. I would recommend it to people who like adventure. There are lots of twists.

If you like adventures and mysteries then this is the book for you. They are always bumping into trouble but find a way to overcome every problem. The illustrations are amazing and it is also very funny.

It has a great story line (but you should read the other books to understand) And the writer created really good twists, creating excitement throughout. Definitely read the other books from this series, you won't regret it!
