""We’re triplets. Surprise! Everyone thinks I’m the little sister. It’s very annoying.""

Phil, Maddie and Tina are triplets, but Tina has always been the little one. Luckily, Phil and Maddie always protect Tina – they make the best team.

But, when they join super-strict Miss Lovejoy’s class, they’re split up.

And Tina has to fend for herself for the first time.

To make things worse, Tina has been paired up with class bully, Selma, who NO ONE wants to be friends with.

When Miss Lovejoy asks them to help her create a butterfly garden in the school playground, Tina discovers she doesn’t always need her sisters – and that there’s a lot more to Selma than first meets the eye.

A heartwarming story about friendship, bullying and confidence by bestselling author Jacqueline Wilson.

She should be prescribed for all cases of reading reluctance. – Independent on Sunday

This book is about how a person called Tina gets bullied by a girl called Selma but then is asked by her teacher to make a garden for the butterflies! Tina is a triplet and relies on her sisters most of the time but the sisters aren’t allowed to join in with making the butterfly garden so Tina has to do it with Selma on her own. At the end of the story Tina and Selma are best friends. I really enjoyed reading this book!

I love this book because it was really good and it tells us about a little girl and she has a heart problem which is really sad. You should read this book because well they’re like triplets and there is this naughty girl and she’s really mean to the triplets and then one day her teacher made like a butterfly club and the one that had a heart problem was with the naughty girl. I recommend you to read this book it’s a really good book and it’s really interesting and my favourite person was the one who had a heart problem and her name was Tina.

I think its a great book about Tina who is a triplet but she has a weak heart and is smaller then Phil and Maddie. She faces the bully Selma because the teacher tells them to make a butterfly garden together successfully they become friends and butterflies come to their garden. It is a wonderful book and its fiction my favourite character is the mum because she takes great care of Tina.

This book was about triplets, Maddie, Phil and small Tina. Tina was always used to having her triplets doing things for her until she was placed next to big, bad, menacing Selma and their teacher, Miss Lovjoy asked Tina and Selma to make a butterfly garden. Maybe Selma isn't as bad as she seems...

I liked this book because some of it was quite funny. I recommend it to people age 8,9, or 10 - it was a bit easy for me. My favourite character is Tina, who is the main character.

The Butterfly Club By Jacqueline Wilson This book is about a girl named Tina who was born with a weak heart. When she started juniors her triplets could not sit next to her as Miss Lovejoy their teacher said so. Tina was good at art especially at drawing butterflies so when she became ill she drew them in her butterfly book which her teacher got her. When she returned to school, her teacher ,Selma her worse enemy and Tina made a butterfly garden but little did she know this might do her some good.
