Max Darwin is summoned back to Bug Island to discover the island
in turmoil. Spike has vanished, and his disappearance has all the
hallmarks of one of General Komodo’s dastardly schemes. Max soon
discovers that Spike has been bugnapped and is being held prisoner
in the Reptilian Empire. With Webster’s help, Max devises a daring
rescue plan that involves tunnelling under the ocean, deep into
enemy territory.

I thought it was a great book because it had a lot of suspense especially because the evil devil (Komodo) bugnapped Spike (one of the heroes). If it was fiction, which person did you like best? I liked Dobs the Dobsonfly because he carried the invincible team (the SWAT team) back to bug island. Would you recommend it to someone else? I would recommend this book to one of my friends because you feel different emotions. It is cheap and it has a happy ending.

I chose this book because it has a goody and baddie and they fight and at the end it tells you facts about bugs. I would recommend this book to my dad, I think he'd like it.

I like it because it's really funny and I find it cool when all of the bugs get into a stealth team and they call it a bug SWAT team (that stands for Sting, Webs and Toxic in case you didn't know)!
