I recommend this book for 10+. This book is quite large with an amount of 425 pages. The Luck Uglies is full of mystery as the title of the book makes you wonder "what are the Luck Uglies". I really enjoyed this book. I am a girl with an age of 10 and I really enjoyed this book. I felt Rye O'Chanter was a part of me, loving to cause mischief and always having a sense of adventure. Rye has two really close friends, Quinn and Folly. Rye has never knew who her father was but if you read on you will find out. Since Rye never knew her father, she has lived in her cottage on Mud Puddle Lane with her mum, Abby and her sister, Lottie. There is only one or two villains in this book, Earl Morningwig Longchance and Constable Boil. I really really enjoyed this book so much....
