An interesting story about a special boy and his supernatural abilities, it follows his journey with a secret organisation called UNICORNE, which uses his power to help him uncover the truth about his dad. Halfway through his mission, he finds out his dad was a UNICORNE agent too, and went missing on a quest to track down the legendary dragon. Now, uncovering that his girlfriend has a strange link to a dog that belonged to Rafferty Nolan, he discovers that she has had a heart operation... and ended up with her heart. Determined to help her, he listens to Rafferty's ghost and hunts down the man that killed her, but is it too late? Is Freya already dead? And will Klimt give him another mission?

This was a great book starting with a suicidal husky and ending with a boy making a promise he might regret. But when you can do something no one else can do, you have to make sacrifices...
