It's a scary and sad story to start but things get better for Poor Oliver. I like this story because you aren't quite sure how Oliver escapes or understand how anyone can treat a child so badly. But it has a good ending so it's all good

I don’t like it because Oliver was kicked out from people’s door steps or houses. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I loved this book as it contained lots of emotive events and story lines. This book showed the insight of a young boy escaping the cruelty of a Victorian society.
