Pippa is sad because her best friend has emigrated. She tries to make a different friend by lying and saying she auditioned for 'The Voice Factor'. When she tells the truth they stop liking her, but then they say they are being selfish and then they're friends again.

I didn't really have a favorite character but I would definitely recommend it to someone else. One of the reasons I like this book is because it is a diary like DIARY of a wimpy kid.

I loved this book because it was so funny but Pippa was a little bit naughty this book has lots of cliffhangers (I couldn't put it down) it was very enjoyable to read! If someone reads this book I know they will enjoy it.

I recommend this book to those who like a story about friendship. It has loads of ups and downs. The beginning is soooooooo sad but at the end it gets happier. I won't give away too much but what I will say is that it is about s girl called pippa who has a best friend called Rachel who leaves to go to Scotland so she tries to find a new best friend. She gets one bit she had to lie to get her.

It a good book. It has a very sad start, I almost stopped reading it, but I carried on reading and discovered it has a great personality and the ending is awesome. Definitely recommend this book for those who are doing the summer reading challenge!
