In the beginning of the story Lewis and his dad were driving to the town to get a game and Lewis saw a badger. His dad called the RSPCA centre and they took the badger that Lewis called Bramble. In the middle Lewis and his class went to the RSPCA centre. They got to look around the RSPCA centre. And he met a dog named Pip. I n the end he got Pip.

I found it hard to get into the story at first but I’m glad I kept going as I really enjoyed it in the end. I liked how it was based on a real life rescue. Bramble was my favourite I thought it was a really great name for a badger. I read the bonus chapter of another book in the RSPCA series and it seems really good! I would definitely borrow it if i see it in my local library.

It was a fiction. I like the Badger, and the person I liked was Lucy. It was abut a Badger that was on the road and a family save him and gave him a home. Then they let him go back into nature and find his family. Yes I would recommend this book.

It was sad.

I liked Lewis, because he found the badger and the RSPCA and the fire brigade came to help. I would definitely recommend this book, because there were lots of badger facts as well.

I loved this book because the badger was so cute. At the end a boy called Lewis gets his own pet, and its all due to the badger!

I like it because it's a true story about the RSPCA and it's about being a good role model for the world. It's about helping others and seeing how you can help.

I think Bad Day for Badger is an excellent book because it was based on a real life animal rescue. And of course I like animals, also I've got the whole RSPCA book set. Well it was fiction and factual really so my favourite character was Bramble (the badger) because she's simply just so cute! And it interested my by how they lifted the car up and got bramble out. I would recommend this book to animal and nature lovers.

Lewis is on a car journey when he finds a sick badger on the side of the road! Can the RSPCA save the badger and Lewis is wondering if he’ll ever see the badger again?
