All Evie wants is to be normal. And now that she’s almost off her meds and at a new college where no one knows her as the-girl-who-went-nuts, there’s only one thing left to tick off her list…

But relationships can mess with anyone’s head – something Evie’s new friends Amber and Lottie know only too well. The trouble is, if Evie won’t tell them her secrets, how can they stop her making a huge mistake?

A brilliant book which I would recommend to all young adult readers. The story about a 16 year old girl with OCD who just wants to live a normal teenage life is both heart-breaking and funny throughout and certainly presents an insightful look into mental illness from an author who has really done her research. Full of the characters' experiences of feminism and friendship, plus first love, this book is an engrossing read which informs and entertains on a subject that all too often is not fully understood.

It was a good book. It does have some swearing and things that younger kids may not understand or get upset by so I would recommend this to people that are 12 and above. Overall it's a good read.

A story telling the hardship and burden of being diagnosed with OCD and anxiety worries. Evie has two very close friends but cannot find the right time to tell them about her diagnosis. However, when something goes wrong with a boy from college causing a relapse everything will change and she will have to face the truth and confess to her friends.
