William is a boy with his own logic, who pedantically questions every rule and sets out to break most of them. The twelve short stories are hilarious, but don’t be fooled into thinking that it is an easy read. The author uses some sophisticated vocabulary and you might need the dictionary close by. I would recommend this book for teenagers.
