I liked this book because I love dogs. It made me want to be a mountain rescue person with a mountain rescue dog. I like mountains and I like rescuing and I like dogs. I would recommend this book to another child.

It interested me because I love animals and Star is a puppy and puppy's are cute. This amazing book is pleasant because everything seemed bad but turned out to be really good.

I wouldn't say it was Gill Lewis' best book but it was still brilliant. I really felt for Star and her companions. I would recommend this book to people around 5 to 8 years old.

This book was about a dog saving a lamb on a mountain, that was separated from its mummy. I liked when Star saved the lamb.

This book was very nice because it includes all the things that I love.My favourite character was Star's mum because she accepted that Star didn't want to be a sheepdog.I would recommend this book to dog lovers.

This book is about Star trying to be a shepherd dog but she is not good at it and she finds herself stuck in a mountain with a baby sheep to find. I liked that you don't always have to be something that someone else tells you to be.

I think star took was helpful and brave. He saved a man from a cliff and I thought he brave because her mother was a sheepdog and she didn’t want to let her mother down . I think I liked the to sheep and snowdon the dog. It was not factual but it was based on rescue dogs. I would recommend it to some one else.

I thought it was brilliant even though Star didn't get to be a sheepdog but she still got a job as a mountain rescue dog. I don't know who my favourite character was. I really liked Snowdon, Star, Hilda and Mabel. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.
