The ninth hilarious title in the award-winning, laugh-out-loud series, The World of Norm. Perfect for fans of Tom Gates and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Norm knew it was going to be one of those days when he was grounded before he'd even got up... But that's what happens when you run up a phone bill the size of a flipping bus. The trouble is Norm has no idea how it happened! All he knows is that he has to somehow pay it off if he's to go biking with Mikey. Even if that does mean going into business with the world's most annoying next door neighbour... With brilliantly funny illustrations throughout from Donough O'Malley. Praise for Jonathan Meres: 'Hilarious stuff from one of my comic heroes!' - Harry Hill 'Jonathan Meres is flipping funny!' - Eddie Izzard

This book is clever, funny, but hard to read. It's very wordy meaning that I couldn't really focus. Jonathan Meres is a very funny author and this would definitely be your cup of tea if you read books that make you fall of your chair.

Like all the other Norm books, I recommend you read them in order but you don't have to, you can read them in any order but it helps you get to know the characters better! If you like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, you'll love these books! Recommended for kids aged 10 and up.

I feel sorry for Norm because he didn't make the phone bill really long. It was Dave but I am glad Dave told their parents the truth.

This book is awesome. It's fun and interesting; just what I think is perfect for a 10 year old like me.The series itself is my second favourite. My favourite thing in this book is that the similies are hilarious and so are the pictures. I recommend it for abso-flipping-lutely everyone.

I rated this book 5* because norm got a huge phone bill but it was not him. It took him ages to work out who it was so this is like a funny mystery book. I recommend this book to people age 7+.
