The Diary of Dennis the Menace: Canine Carnage (book 5)
Steven Butler
Gnasher's got himself into real trouble this time. If he's not careful, Dennis and The Dinmakers are going to be kicked out of The Fame Factor competition. And with our rockin' tunes, we're guaranteed winners. I have to do something to help Gnasher out, before he ends up in the doghouse for good.
Reviews

I would give it 10 out of 5 if I could. I liked it, it was funny. It had a lot of menacing in it.

I loved it. It was one of my favourite books. It was full of rudeness but I still liked it because Dennis and gnasher is one of my favourite programmes. My favourite character was Dennis because he wrote the diary and he wrote lots of fun stuff like being a rock band. Walter is my worst character because he is mean to Dennis. I would recommend this book to anyone else who loves Dennis and Gnasher.

I thought this book was really funny and enjoyable. It’s fiction and would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a laugh. My favourite character was Gnasher the dog because he gets up to no good and is Dennis’ pal.

Dennis is a pretty cool kid. The name of the dog is Gnasher. It's different to the TV episodes. He's a menace in the book and does loads of pranks. This is my first Dennis the Menace diary that I've read so it's quite interesting. I've not read a second one yet. I would recommend it to someone else and you can just read the book without knowing anything else about Dennis.

A funny fictional book about a cheeky boy called Dennis and his dog “Gnasher” and their adventures in Beanotown. I enjoyed the part about how Dennis and Gnasher found Walter’s diary and found out about his plans and worked their own plan of attack!

Really interesting. If you like Dennis the menace read this.

Dennis was made to write a diary by his nasty teacher Mrs Creecher but that doesn’t mean that he can’t make it fun. In this book, Dennis and his pal Gnasher (an abasinian wire-haired tripe hound) audition for a game show. It was a nail-biting moment when Dennis and his mates curly and pie face (what? He eats pies, what do you expect?) were about to play “intergalactic granny” when they realised that the judges were softies!!!!!!!! They kept their cool, though and played the first thing that came into their menacing minds. That’s how they ended up playing “twinkle, twinkle, little librarian!”my favourite character was gnasher because he stole all of the animal’s dinner when they went to beanotown zoo! I would recommend this book to young menaces wanting a fun and exciting experience, ready to read about one funny, crazy, silly and adventurous young boy and his pals in this amazing book.
