I really liked the book because it had a amazing water fight. I really liked it when the hedgehog family rolled into a ball and spun the water whee. I really liked it when Dusty the dragon joined the water fight.

The Rushy River Race is a total disaster! Jess and Lily have to save the river so that it can go smoothly again. Can they get Dusty to lift the spell off cute Emily Prickleback’s family? I love Emily because she was so clever and always thought of clever things whenever in a sticky situation.
