The incredible debut novel from YouTube phenomenon Zoe Sugg, aka Zoella.

I have this dream that, secretly, all teenage girls feel exactly like me. And maybe one day, when we realize that we all feel the same, we can all stop pretending we’re something we’re not… But until that day, I’m going to keep it real on this blog and keep it unreal in real life.

Penny has a secret.

Under the alias Girl Online, Penny blogs her hidden feelings about friendship, boys, high school drama, her crazy family, and the panic attacks that have begun to take over her life. When things go from bad to worse, her family whisks her away to New York, where she meets Noah, a gorgeous, guitar-strumming American. Suddenly Penny is falling in love – and capturing every moment of it on her blog.

But Noah has a secret, too, one that threatens to ruin Penny’s cover – and her closest friendship – forever.

This book was very good. It is about a girl who lives in Brighton and she has a blog. She then goes to Brooklyn in America and meets a special boy that she seems to fall in love with! It is very deep and heartfelt. It is also very relatable! I recommend this to anyone who enjoys Romantic books

The person I liked the best was Eliot because he was funny and he was always there for Penny, even when she accused him for posting something on the internet that he didn`t do. The story interested me because I wanted to know why it was called Girl Online. I would recommend it to somebody else because the story is really good but I don`t know if everyone will like it because Penny gets a boyfriend and it gets kind of weird.

1. I loved Eilliot the most, he is the most fun and cool person I've ever read about, he has the ability to throw random weird combinations of clothing together and still look good, he has great advice and is honestly a general great person. 2. I'd definitely recommend is to someone else, i think it's great to go on a Internet Detox for a while if something embarrassing happens, I also think it's great to start a blog too! I hope any other reader lives this book as much as me!

I really enjoyed this book. in fact i loved it so much i took up a whole 10 minutes at my English lesson telling everyone about it. My favourite character is obviously Penny because i loved her personality and she was really fun. I liked that she was helping her mum and that is how she met Noah. I would recommenced 12+ but also to people who would like to read a love story with some drama.enjoy this book you will love it-defs.

I like this book demonstrates lots of different genres and it’s quite gripping! I recommend this for 11+ though because of some of the content. My favourite character is definitely Penny because she has been through a lot but has it all figured out for her in the end!
