I enjoyed this book, because I really like reading books about animals. The best part of the book is when a man called Freddie fed Rascal his leftovers from the café. My favourite character is Freddie, because he took Rascal into his motel room to keep him safe and dry.

Rascal is involved in a car accident and the Police think he's caused the accident, leaving Freddie his new friend in hospital. Freddie sees Joel on the television and tries to contact him to let him know that Rascal is still alive. Rascal is taken to an animal shelter and when Joel goes to find him, Rascal has gone!! He has escaped the shelter to get home to Joel. This is a great book because Rascal finally finds his way home to Joel.
