This book is fiction, and my favourite characters were Lizzie and Hari. I only gave this book 4 stars because I thought the story behind it was not that exciting, although the descriptive language and emotions were shining out like stars in the sky. At first, the beginning was suspenseful, and was until the very end chapter, where it seemed like the author just wanted to fill in some space. Overall, I thought that this book was a little disappointing, but also quite thrilling at the same time. This book is about a girl called Lizzie Brown, who is a circus fortune-teller. Everyone is queuing up to see her for a whole week when a Maharaja bustles them in a train and drives them off to the coast. But, things never last long... Johnathan, the groundskeeper, is found with a gun and his target is a circus performer, Hari. Will he escape his evil clutches? To make matters worse, Lady Susannah, the Maharaja's fiancé's, jewels have been stolen. Who would have taken them? Was Jonathan right all along? Was it Hari? Or was the Sullivan Twins - they have been acting suspiciously lately? Will the Magnificent Lizzie Brown save the day once more? Even with the Ghost Ship that towers over them in the distance?

I found this book a bit boring but also it was a bit exciting. It was funny when I found out that the ghost ship was not really a ghost ship. It was quite boring at the beginning. Until you got to the middle the plot would not pick up. Finally, in the end you finally get the action. I do have to admit, this book was only a little bit interesting- but not a lot.
