too exciting to actually place it words but minus the star because all of their adventures seem kind of the same because in nearly all of the books the children discover someone smuggling someone/ something and it always happens that there are secret passages and treasure on the way. Also there's no murder only disapearings of people and it's always the cook or servant that's evil. Besides that brilliant series and author. Very origianal.

This book they went to an island which they called smuggles top. During the night when their uncle was staying, someone was signalling from a tower. Then there were very many hoddenpassages they went through to find out who was signalling. I thought that it was a good read. I loved Enid Bylton's use of words and variety of different words.
