The second book in this series of Power of Three the three kits in the first book have now become apprentices Hollypaw, Jaypaw and Lionpaw feel like they are normal apprentices as they find out more about their past they discover they have dark roots within the clans within themselves, and within their past. It gets really exciting!! But as they discover more war breaks out between the two clans, and the other two clans back up each other – that means all 4 clans are fighting within one territory! The only way to stop the fight is to find the three missing kits in the dark rivers tunnel. They risk their lives to save their clan. But Lionpaw finds out that someone he has trusted for a long time and may not be trustworthy and may be more treacherous than he thought – he can not trust anyone!

As with all the Warriors series I have really enjoyed reading this. I feel sorry for Jaypaw because he is blind, sorry for lionpaw because of his relationship with Heatherpaw and sorry for Hollypaw because she cares a little too much about the other clans like riverclan.

I think that this series is better than the series before, no offence series before. I think that it is interesting how Tigerstar is only manipulating Lionpaw and not his siblings. I also think that his relationship with Heatherpaw is a twist and rather erupt. My favourite character was Jaypaw, he is so much like Yellowfang

AMAZING. The second book of the third series of Warriors. Continuing the lives of Jaypaw who is blind and training to be a medicine cat, Hollypaw who is training to be a warrior and always sticks to the warrior code and Lionpaw who is caught up in between training to be a warrior and his friendship with Heatherpaw, a WindClan apprentice. I would recommend it to anyone who is 9+ and who has read the first two series and loves cats.
