The reason I like this book is that the people in the book are spies and who doesn't like spies? In this book, Joe is forced to go undercover as a girl, and her girl's name is Josie. But on one of his missions, his friend Sam found out that Josie, or you could say Joe was a boy, but Joe made Sam promise not to tell anyone. But in this particular book, they find out there on their last mission. Near the end, I was sad because Joe could go back to being a boy but that meant he would have to move, and he made a good team with Sam but then I found out he could still be with Sam.

I would recommend this book because the boy called Joe had spy parents who got caught and had to run and disguise themselves. And that's why Joe had to dress up as a girl and it was funny. The boy had to wear high heels.

I liked Sam the most 'cause she stood up for Joe and it was interesting I would recommend it to someone 8+.

the boy in heels is a really good book I would rate it 5/5 it is a real mystery book and I love those and the best thing I found was it is absolutely HILARIOUS and it will 100% make you laugh your socks off!!!

This book is really funny and if you like spies you will like this book. It is a bit boring at the end but a part from that it is a really good book. If you like dressing up it is the book for you because the boy dresses up as a girl and his mum.
