This is a fiction book. I liked Masklin as he was the leader of his small group of Nomes. It was a very funny story especially the rules of the store became the religious and law beliefs of the nomes who lived in the department store. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys adventure with comedy.

This fiction story is about little people called nomes who lived in a garage. But, when they heard the news about the garage is closing, they had to move to somewhere else to live. My favourite part is when one of the nomes kept a rat as a pet. My least favourite is when they almost got eaten by a cat.

Grimma I got interested by the thing, why does it need electricity and I think it's some kind of machine. Maybe, Beacause like someone else gets more interested by the book more than I do.

A definite five star book! If i could I would give it infiinity stars! I like this book because Terry Pratchett uses great vocabulary and is really descriptive and very funny.

I think it was a good book.I think it was a funny book because the names funny. My favourite charecter is granny morkie because of the name. Yes i would recommend it.

This was a very funny and exciting adventure story about groups of nomes trying to leave a giant store in search of Outside. I liked the character of Granny Morkie as she was quite fierce and sarcastic to the other nomes. I can’t wait to read the follow-up ‘Diggers’.

I really liked this one! It was an exciting, thoughtful, and, I thought, intelligent story of the four inch high nomes and their struggle to find somewhere safe to live. It was interesting to read about how they find ways to use the much bigger, human-sized objects, and the adventures they have are surprisingly gripping and dramatic. I am looking forward to the rest of the series!

I thought it was a great book so I want to read the rest of the series. My favourite character was masklin because he was a leader and he was the one who lead the other nomes to drive a lorry and be more safe

This book is a fictional book and my favourite character is the Thing because thing works out all the problems that a nome called Masklin has. Before that Thing didn't work because it needed electricity and was listening to the nomes. Near the end of the book Thing shuts down and says that the nomes need to be independent instead of always relying on someone and in the end they make a great escape from somewhere...
