I think you should read this book because it is full of support for friends and it is about magic objects. Even if you hesitate at this book because it is about magic please don't because it is so amazing you can't even describe it! I would reccomend it to ages 10 - 15 but if you are 8 or 9 that is fine too. The sequel is called the Harp and the Ravenvine.
