My favourite character was the baby slug, I like it when the mummy and baby slug kiss at the end because they don't have any arms. I would recommend this book to my friends.

Slug never got a hug from his mum so he thought to go around and ask all the animals what he could do to make his mum hug him so he put so many different things on him. But once he got back to him mum, she said he didn't need all of that for a hug because she loves him as he is Yes i would recommend it

It’s adorable. People get together to help the slug. The mum doesn’t have any arms so she can’t hug, she can only kiss. This book is amazing.
