It was really just the author talking

My favourite bit was when Mr Mistoffelees did a conjuring trick and put the dog in the box and he split into two and and then magically fixed again. Liked the the funny rhyming words and some funny words like 'aloof', 'gawn'

Mr. Mistoffelees is a magician cat who does all types of conjuring in this funny book. He astounds all with his wizardry and is never found out.

I didn't really enjoy this book it had too many complicated words in and I didn't find it very interesting. The pictures were nice but I didn't really like it.

I loved that Mr Mistoffelees could float high in the air and his magic tricks. I loved that he fooled magicians. I've Macavity too and have found other cats stories. I watched the video clip of Mr Mistoffelees and would like to read some of the other poems. I think little children and big children would like to read this book.
