I liked the names of the characters and the fishy phantom tries to steal a fish called the rainbow flounder. I liked the disguise of the other man too. I think my friends would like to read this book because they like scooby-doo.

I like this book, my favourite part is when shaggy and Scooby dress up as mermaids, they look silly.
