I really enjoyed this book, I found the ending surprising and really exciting but i can't believe that the baddy is Maximus and he is a boy and Tom as trying really hard to get him although he is riding on a beast which makes it harder.

I like this book because Evan was brave to knock over Maximus over. So Maximus couldn't control the good beast anymore.
