May Require Batteries: Book 4
Jonathan Meres
The fourth hilarious title in the award-winning, laugh-out-loud series, The World of Norm. Perfect for fans of Tom Gates and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
Norm knew it was going to be one of those days when he got out of bed and trod in something he shouldn’t have…
What with overdue homework, overdue pocket money and a bag full of overdue newspapers, one thing’s for sure: life for Norm isn’t getting any less unfair. And did he mention the fact that he’s the only kid on the planet without an iPad?
ABSO-FLIPPING-LUTELY RIGHT HE DID!
With brilliantly funny illustrations throughout from Donough O’Malley.
Praise for Jonathan Meres:
‘Hilarious stuff from one of my comic heroes!’ – Harry Hill
‘Jonathan Meres is flipping funny!’ – Eddie Izzard

Hilarious stuff. I love it when Chelsea dumps Norms newspapers instead of posting them.

Really funny. Especially when Norm gets a pink iPad and when his Grandpa knows more about iPad s than Norm does. Read it.

It's the simple story of the normal expected life of a teenager. It explores many different points of view to the typical school life of teenagers.

I really like the humour in it but I don't recommend the use of strong language. recommend it for 10-year-olds like me.

It was very good but I think it had language issues and I wouldn't recommend it for children under 10. I hope you like it 10 and up year olds.

This book is about Norm wanting to get an iPad because nearly everyone has got one.He finally gets one but his mum ordered him a pink one! He has to be newspaper boy to earn the money as well.
