A second part of the selection where competition becomes fierce and feelings are broken. I wouldn't recommend this as it slightly confused me but it is a great book

I really enjoyed this book it had some of everything, mystery, romance, royalty and so much more. This book had so many plot twists and I couldn't put it down. Great sequel to the selection

She has made it and is classed as the Elite ( the people who have made it to the top ten) and is starting to fall for the prince although some of her heart still belongs to her ex. To make matters worse he actually comes back to work as a soldier and has been promoted to a two when he used to be a six a her family had been promoted to a three. Just to top it all off she finds out dark secrets about how her country is run and tries to fix it in an upcoming speech competition which causes mayor fights between her and the king. She is in trouble now when the prince seems to be slipping further and further away from her grasp...

I thought it was a good book it is fiction. I would recommend this book to People who likes princess books. It takes me away from the real world and it takes me into an imaginary fairytale.

This is the second book in the Selection Series and is one of my favorites! It's a brilliant book mostly aimed at girls in years 7 8 and 9!

I loved this book because it continues the story from just where you left of- expanding on her troubles and adding new fears to the mix! It also questions how being a princess could be bad and if she is falling for the wrong man which adds a twist to the tale!
