One day, Robin and Joy read about the Magic Faraway Tree in a book and decide to go meet Joe, Beth and Frannie themselves. The five children have all sorts of exciting adventures together, including being captured by the Enchanter Red-Cloak in the Land of Castles, a birthday treat for Joy in the Land of Wishes, and a delicious visit to the Land of Cakes!

I love how it has little pictures and then little bits of writing and it is super short and really easy to read

I thought it was very funny. But I didn't like it when they changed the way it was written half way through.

The story was more straightforward and predictable than the others in the series.

I liked how the writing was different with 4 pictures on each page. I thought Joy was a nice name.

I thought that this was a funny and short chapter book with lot's of pictures. My favorite character was Moonface because he always has a solution. My favorite part was when the two dolls were stuck in toy land and Moonface rescued them with his airplane. I would recommend this book to 6+ (beginners)

It was a fun story to read, full of adventures and anticipation. Easy story to understand for young kids who like magic and adventures into different lands. Author has a good sense of humour.

I thought it was very different to the other faraway tree books because the new illustrator had a very different style.

I really liked this story there was a land of toys. All the children, Silky, Moon face and Saucepan man got turned into different toys. At the end a rabbit helped them get to Santa to help them. Santa wanted to ride the slippery slip and when they got to the bottom they were back to normal.

I love these books and I’m reading all of them. I love all the characters but moon face is my favourite. It’s exciting what land is going to be at the top

It was a good book again I like the series but it probably suits a younger person aged 6-7. My favourite character was Silky.

I loved this book! My favourite part was when the characters turned into toys. It was really funny! I love Enid Blyton books because they full of magic and adventure. My best character is Santa because he is so funny and kind like when he takes them in his sleigh and he goes down the faraway tree slippery slip on two cushions.

My mummy and daddy read a chapter of this book to me and Emmy every night. I liked this book because there were new people in it which was interesting.

The person I liked best was Silky, a fairy who lives in The Magic Faraway Tree. This book is about 3 children named Joe Beth and Frannie who lived near an Enchanted Wood. They make friends with 2 children named Robin and Joy and they show them the Enchanted Wood and The Magic Faraway Tree. They also introduce Robin and Joy to their friends who live in The Faraway Tree, Moon-Face, Silky, the Saucepan Man, Saucepan’s Mother, The Angry Pixie, Dame Washalot, The Red Squirrel and Mr. Watizname. I didn’t like this book as much as the other 3 books in the set because there was 2 stories in this book, the 1st one (the story with Robin and Joy) had 4 pictures on every page with really creepy illustrations. I would recommend this book to other people ages about 7-12. This is the 4th book in a 4 book set.
