Dinosaurs Offside

Mr Stigson and Darwin are football-mad. After the key World Cup game, Darwin is fired up to improve his skills, but having to take his baby sister Stella along is no fun. When Rocky, the nephew of the mean Flint Beastwood, tries to join Darwin and his friends, Stella reveals that Rocky has been bullying her.
Darwin refuses to play with him and the other dinos ban Rocky from the game. His revenge sets off a chain of events that lead to a carnivores vs herbivores footie match and things spiral out of control!

The t-rexes were playing a matches against the herbivores. It was funny at the end because all the t-rexes got sent off and the referee had pepper in his glasses.

In all these books, uncle Loops is my favorite character. He is hilariously funny. I recommend this book to children who have a good sense of humor, and like football.

You should read this book because it is very good, and it has a lot of teaming up on each other in it.

I like this book because there is a football match of carnivores v herbivores. The carnivores were going to win, but the ref had pepper in his eyes so he rubbed it out and then he realised that the goalpost had been shifted. In the end the herbivores won because the carnivores had cheated. There was a stegosaurus called Uncle Loops and a T-Rex called Rocky Beast-Wood. Rocky kicked a football sized rock through the window and it hit Uncle Loops. He had to go to hospital in the end because the rock had hurt him. He could already walk, but he just wanted a mobility scooter. He got one and played dodgems with Miss-Merrick who is an elephant. It was fun to read.
