Read this short book in one go as it was actually quite exciting but the ending was unbelievable so a bit stupid really

Ends with a cliff hanger. My son thought it was ok but didn’t tell us too much…

I liked this book a lot, there was a small man who wore a disguise. He had a black beard and he kidnapped the girl's dad. His name was Fred. He stuck bubble gum were ever he went. He had a hideout, which was an old disused factory. He used the gum to make impressions of bank keys so he could steal from banks.

This book was ok, it was a little bit sad because Annie's dad got kidnapped by a rober that robed the bank. It was also funny because Annie's dad was wearing a long beard!
