I loved this book! It had a brilliant plot line, and I loved the way it all linked up! Absolutely genius. Holly Black is the best! Id certainly recommend! I loved it!

Doll Bones is a coming of age story about three friends called Zach, Alice and Poppy.They have all been best friends since they were young and they all play with action figures at Poppy's house.All this happiness ends when Zach's dad returns after his business didn't succeed and declares that Zach should be more mature, and throws out his beloved toys.One night, the two girls wake Zach up and Poppy tells him about her unnatural experiences with the soul of the very old doll that her mother owns, saying that "The Queen" as they call her in their games, used to be a young girl called Eleanor Kerchner, who died mysteriously.The three kids must set off on a journey to properly bury the doll before it's too late.

Doll Bones, is a bone chilling story. Three children discover a doll which needs to be put back to sleep. Its stuffing are the ashes of a dead girl and its 'skin' are the bones of the dead girl. When you read this book you will be haunted. Overall it is a very good book and I hope you enjoy the story as much as I did.
