I liked Kate the best as she was on a wheelchair yet she didn’t let that disqualify her from doing things that other people do. I actually rate this book 3 1/2 but there is no half option. I did expect more talk about the white german shephard, though. He wasn’t as important in the story as he should be. I would mostly recommend this book to someone else.

Yes, I rate 2, this book is for five year olds - I mean, I'm nine and when this book talks about a girl called Jess and although it's presented in the first person recount, which I like very much, the book doesn't make your mind - well - it does not exercise people's brain. I would love to hear Girl with a white dog 2!

Its an amazing book! i really recomend it for dog lovers like me. its not just for girls aswell.I think boys will really enjoy it . give it a try it is really really good:)

This book is a good book once you get into it. It is hard at first but keep reading because it does get better as you go along. I recommend this book to anyone who likes the war and wants to know more about the people who suffered. The white dog that is in the story is so cute if you want to know what happened to them in the war then read this amazing book!

This book has a great sense of feeling and is also a good way to understand more about World War 2. I loved how this book was really modern but also historical at the same time.
