Another delicious book in the Chocolate Box Girls series, a sequel to Cherry Crush, Marshmallow Skye and Summer’s Dream, from bestselling girls’ favourite, Cathy Cassidy.

Coco is the youngest of the Tanberry sisters but she’s as headstrong as any of them. Coco is crazy about animals and loves her riding lessons. When Caramel, her favourite pony at the stables, is sold, Coco scopes out the new owner – and she’s not happy about what she discovers. With big sister Honey going off at the deep end and Summer only just recovering from her eating disorder, there’s no-one at Tanglewood to help Coco out. Can Coco save Caramel alone – or will a new friend help her?

A perfect next step for fans of Jacqueline Wilson, by the bestselling author of Scarlett, Dizzy, Angel Cake and Ginger Snaps.

I found this book very interesting because of the way Coco and Lawrie rescue the ponies. The story was very engaging. The book was so interesting that I couldn't stop reading.

I liked Coco caramel because Coco was determined even if it meant she got in trouble, but it was sad when her sister, Honey got sent to Australia but I liked her step sister Cherry.

My favourite part is at the beginning when it says life is a box of chocolates with a few nuts.would recommend the book to someone who is interested in saving endangered species or someone who really likes books that have an absolutely daring person. My favourite character is Lawrie because his mood very unpredictable like one minute he’s moody but the next he’s full of joy.

The book was amazing . I love this because even if Coco is only twelve she helped two horses escape from the man who bullied the horses . This book is good for 10 year olds.

I thought this book was quite interesting because coco has quite a similar and different characteristic to me because she likes animals and is caring [similar] and has the same interests as me but would do ANYTHING even steal horses with she does in the book I think coco is a bit cheeky and crazy when she steals horses as she's only 12! And yes I would recommend it because it shows you how someone's love for an animal can put you in some VERY crazy situations i

It was my fave one out of the chocolate box girls. Lawrie because he is a mystery boy I thought he was mean but he was actually good. What interested me is that two 12-year-olds stole 2 ponies and then a third because the Maire had a baby boy. Yes I already did.

I loved it. Full of drama and horses I would recommend this book to anyone who is feeling the world is a chocolate truffle but nutty on the outside and smooth in the inside.

I really like this book as it leans into a more adventurous side to the chocolate box girls. Coco steals a badly treated horse, a horse in foal and tries to steal two more later on. She may have been breaking the law but she did it with good intentions. After being treated differently because she is the youngest, it was a chance to spread her wings.
