I would rate this 4 stars as it was a great follow up to the first book and also created a completely different atmosphere to the book. My favourite character was smithers the person who made all of the gadgets that Alex uses at his missions. But he is also my favourite character because he doubts Alex of the fact he would need to use the gadgets he gave him. But he also adds a funny sense to an action packed scene when he uses one of his gadgets to escape a sticky situation. I would recommend it to someone who enjoys action and comedy.

I’d recommend this also. It is the second book in the series and had a good storyline. Alex went to a school in the French alps and the headmaster was cloning people. Alex helped to stop him.

i would recommend Alex rider to anyone aged between 9 and 14 who enjoys reading adventure story's with a lot a mystery in them. i really enjoyed the part where Alex arrives at sir David friend's mansion to learn about how to be his new identity. my favourite character is wolf because when they start the raid on point blanc he says :"alright cub looks like your in let's go in and play

This was the sequel of Alex Rider. He goes to a school for people who have been naughty. He then investigates that the teacher hypnotises his student. Mi6 deal with it and arrest him. All around a great book!

I think this book is action-packed and exciting because of the theme. My favourite character is Ian Rider because he prepared Alex to be a spy, without even Alex realising what his uncle wanted. I would recommend this book to someone else because it has a spy theme which makes it a good book.
