Battersea Dogs and Cats Home
When Hannah starts at a new school, all the other girls in her class are already in firm friendship groups, and she feels left out. Mum and Dad know that a puppy would be a great pal for Hannah, so they take her to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where she chooses Huey the husky. Can Huey charm her classmates so that everyone can be friends?

This is a non-fiction book based on a true story. My favourite was Huey because I love puppies and in the story Huey helped Hannah and Gemma to become friends. I recommend this book to all animal lovers.

This is the second Battersea book I have read and I want to read more. I liked this one even more than the last one because it was about a dog and I love dogs.

I think it was a good book! When I had read it I thought it was a good book. I liked Huey the Best.I thought Hueys story was interesting. I would recommend it to someone else.

Hannah moves to London and starts at a new school, she doesn't think she will make any friends as Gemma won't let her be friends with Louise. Hannah has always wanted a dog so they go to visit Battersea Dogs and Cats Home where she meets Huey a husky puppy. Huey comes to live with the family and helps Hannah to make friends with Gemma, Louise and lots of other children. This is a really good book and I enjoyed the story.

This book was about a girl called Hannah who had moved from Manchester to London, to be close to her Grandpa. Hannah made a friend called Louise, but Louise already had a best friend called Gemma. Gemma didn't like Hannah, and kept steering Louise away from poor Hannah. A few days later, all the family went to the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where they chose a dog, a Siberian wolf pup. He was named Huey. However, when he went to the park, his collar came loose which made him escape. Does Hannah find Huey and does she make friends with Gemma? Read on to find out!
