In this book, Professor Angus McMoo, Pat and Bo, travel to save Madam Milkberry's ancestor, because if the FBI (fed-up bull institute) kill her then Madam Milkberry will never be born, and never set up the CIA. They find out that the FBI are trying to settle cows across America so that they can conquer America. They imprison the leaders of the plan at the end.
