I haven’t read the whole story, but from what I read, I think it’s a bit scarier than I would like, so I wouldn’t think it’s a very good book.

I really enjoyed the fourth series of this book. I have read the first 3. I like Mary Lou the best because she was shy and then one day she stuck up for herself. I liked it when Felicity starts the school aswell.

The Malory Towers series is a wonderful set of books written by Enid Blyton. Each book is filled with some great adventures, and so is this one. Darrell is the main character, and Malory Towers is her boarding school. Gwendoline is also a classmate of Darrell but she is spoilt by her mother. Everyone becomes friends of Darrell but the never treats Gwendoline like that. Darrell often looses her temper, so watch out! Darrel is the Head Girl of her form, and she finds it really hard. She needs to solve lot of mysteries, and has to look after her temper! Can Darrell fit to be a good Head Girl?

I loved this book!! In this book Darrel is head girl of the fourth and her sister (Felicity) is joining the first form. My favourite character this time was Alicia, normally my favourite is Darrel. I would recommend it for children aged 9-14.
