""Mum said to just ignore them and they’ll get tired of teasing. They haven’t got tired yet.""

Mandy is lonely. She’s been bullied at school for as long as she can remember.

But then she meets Tanya. Fun, daring and glamorous Tanya wants Mandy as HER friend! She can’t believe her luck.

There’s only one issue though. Mandy’s mum isn’t happy. She thinks that Tanya is a BAD GIRL, and a bad influence on her daughter. But even if Tanya gets her into a TEENY bit of trouble, she can always get Mandy out of it – right?

From bestselling author Jacqueline Wilson, Bad Girls is a heartwarming story about confidence, friendship and becoming your own person. The perfect read to start difficult conversations with younger readers about bullying and how we treat others.

A rare gift for writing lightly and amusingly about emotional issues. – The Bookseller

What I like about this, because that Mandy gets bullied by Kim and her gang, and then she breaks her arm after Tanya comes in her life, and becomes her best friend but Mandy’s mum doesn’t think Tanya is a good friend and Tanya sticks up for Mandy

I rated this book 4 because it was a bit sad and a bit good. What i didn't like about this book was when mandy had a dream about everyone calling mandy a theif even her parents. This book might be a bit sensitive for children who might have the same problem like mandy

One of the best books ever I loved Tanya but it was a shame when that boy in Indigo caught her shoplifting. I also felt for Mandy when Kim, Sarah and Melanie were bullying her. I imagined what it was like for Mandy. I’ve never really been bullied before. Would 100% recommend

My favourite character was Mandy. I wouldn’t recommend this book to my friends because in some parts of the story it gets very confusing .

I really like this book it is not a sort of book that starts happy then there is a climax and a happy ending it is a book that is all happy even though Mandy the girl on the front cover gets bullied and is worried about friendship it ends sad. I like Mandy the best because even if she gets bullied she is a very sweet girl and I love her characteristics .

The book was a bit scary as two of the characters shop lifted and got caught. Tanya is my favourite character. I recommend it to everyone.

This book is about a 10 year old called Mandy white who get bullied. She met a really kind friend called Tanya. After all Tanya has scared away Kim, Melanie, and Sarah(the mean girls who bully Mandy)away and they leave Mandy alone. I really enjoyed this book and I give it 4 stars
